Section 63
Disposition versions
63. Every person who contravenes the third paragraph of section 12, the second or third paragraph of section 13, section 17.1, 57, 57.1, 59 or 61 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.
63. Every person who contravenes the third paragraph of section 12, the second paragraph of section 13, section 17.1, 37, 57, 57.1 or 61 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.
63. Every person who contravenes the second paragraph of section 12 or 13 or section 37, the second paragraph of section 57 or section 61 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.
63. Every offence against any of the provisions of the first paragraph of section 13 or sections 53 to 56 renders the offender liable,
(1) in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $25,000; or
(2) in the case of a legal person, to a fine of $5,000 to $250,000.
